Shipping Policy

At Tempus Own, the experience of receiving your order is as considered as the product itself. All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

Order Processing Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays. During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Should this occur, we will notify you accordingly.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow its journey.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please note that these timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed, as external factors may impact transit times.

Risk and Responsibility For customers within the European Union, responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the package has been physically delivered to you or a designated recipient. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@tempusown.com. We will assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier and ensure an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

International Shipping and Duties Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.
