Shipping Policy

At Tempus Own, the experience of receiving your order is considered with the same care as the product itself. All orders are shipped from Espoo, Finland.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays. During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, the selected delivery method, and the weight of your order. Any available free shipping option or promotional shipping rate will also be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed, as external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or customs processing may affect transit times.

Pick-Up Points and Uncollected Parcels

If your order is delivered to a pick-up point or parcel locker, please collect it within the carrier’s stated collection period. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, please contact us so we can arrange the next step. Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Risk and Responsibility

For customers within the European Union, Tempus Own remains responsible for the goods until the package has been physically delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive it.

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to have been incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tempusown.com. We will assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

International Shipping and Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
