Returns & Exchanges

At Tempus Own, every piece is crafted with care and intention. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law remains unaffected.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags must be attached, and the pieces must be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimate items cannot be returned once the protective seal has been removed.

How to Initiate a Return To request a return or exchange, please email hello@tempusown.com with your order number. For exchanges within Finland, we provide a prepaid shipping label for the first exchange. For refunds, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time to reflect the credit in your account.
